How it works

Once you’ve pre-booked Maple/ACE Parking with HolidayParkings.co.uk, call their customer service staff when you’re around 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and their chauffeur will head over to the short stay car park to meet you. Once they’ve confirmed your return dates and quickly checked a few details, you’re free to head for your flight without a care in the world.

When you return and have collected your luggage, simply call the same number, collect your car from the same spot and head home — it’s a hassle-free service that’s smooth and safe.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple/ACE Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. 

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple/ACE Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

On Arrival

Please call Maple Parking when you are 15 minutes away from the terminal so that we can dispatch a driver to meet you. Please have your booking confirmation and reference number to hand when you call so that we can check all of your details with you. Then please follow directions below to the meeting point at the Airport terminal.

Exit the A8 following signs for Edinburgh Airport.
As you enter the Airport go straight across the roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zones R-S.
As you go through the barrier take a ticket and follow signs to Pick Up Zone.
Once in the Pick Up Zone go to the right corner where your driver will meet you.
 
Please hand the car park ticket to your driver so that they can exit the Pick Up Zone. Your driver will have a uniform and Maple/ACE Parking ID, will carry out an inspection on your car before taking to their secure car park a short distance away. Please remove all other keys before handing your vehicle key to the driver.

On Return

As soon as you have collected all of your luggage, please call us using the telephone number on your confirmation email to let us know and your car will be delivered back to the Pick Up Zone where you dropped it off. Directions to this point will be given to you by your driver when you drop off your car.

Important:

Holiday Parkings neither takes vehicles nor looks after the vehicle in any case, instead the service provider (see above) parks the vehicle to their own secured car park compound. 

Non-Flex booking is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours. 

We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.


On Arrival

HolidayParkings does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and park to their own secured car park compound. Make sure you call and look for the driver of the service provider on your departure and return day. We will send you all the instruction (telephone number,  etc.) to your email account once the booking is made.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use the phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.
