APH Gatwick has is closer to the Airport. This means shorter journeys, better service and faster transfers to South terminal.

APH Gatwick Parking is high quality and established off-airport car park which is located only 12 minutes from the airport.  APH (short for “Airport Parking and Hotels”) operates car parks at different airports in England including Manchester, Birmingham and Gatwick. It's a family owned private company and provides a high quality service. Its been going for more than 37 years and the family are still involved in the running of the business.

From a company with 37 years experience, you can expect nothing other than a first class smooth experience from arrival to departure. The company and its car parks are well established and well maintained with a good level of investment in all aspects. The reception desk, car park, tarmac, buses, flood lighting and security are all modern and up to date. The staff are well trained, courteous and friendly and proud to work for a top quality company. This APH car park at Gatwick is generally busy with 3000 spaces and operates 24/7.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surfboards or items similar to size on the coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable. The car park must retain your keys. The price quoted is for pre-booking only. Minimum stays/charges may apply.

Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year. There is a maximum vehicle height limit of 2.4 metres or 7 1/2 feet at this car park.


Holiday Parkings neither takes vehicles nor looks after the vehicle in any case, instead the service provider (see above) parks the vehicle to their own secured car park compound. 

Non-Flex booking is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours. 

We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

On Arrival


Airport approved Meet and Greet Service for the SOUTH Terminal Only. You will be met at the Short Stay Car Park.

Please call at least 30 minutes BEFORE arriving at the Airport to confirm your arrival time. Follow the directions for the South Terminal Meet point. Park in bay and unload luggage. LOCK YOUR

HolidayParkings does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and park to their own secured car park compound. Make sure you call and look for the driver of the service provider on your departure and return day. We will send you all the instruction (telephone number,  etc.) to your email account once the booking is made.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use the phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

Make your way to the Airport & the South Terminal:

Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK-UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK - keep in the right hand lane.

Take a ticket at barrier (there will be nothing to pay). Drive to 3rd car park "ORANGE CAR PARK 3" Level 1 Row D & E & park in allocated Meet & Greet Bays.

This service operates from the SOUTH TERMINAL ONLY.

If you are travelling from the North Terminal you will need to take the free monorail service which operates 24 hours a day between the two terminals. 

We have pre-booked your vehicle collection time as detailed on this confirmation, should your actual arrival time differ, significantly there may be a delay in meeting you but we will endevour to be with you as soon as possible.

On Return

Meet & Greet Service for the South Terminal where you will be met in the Short Stay Car Park.

Your car will be transferred to APH's secure compound for the duration of your trip & delivered back to the Short Stay Car Park for your return.

The Chauffeur will meet you at the Airport and check your booking details and any vehicle damage before issuing you with instructions for your return.
