If it’s your first time in using this service, we assure you that you won’t be disappointed. All our customers have commented on how convenient it is, in comparison to using the park and ride service, where you must drive your vehicle to the compound and then wait for bus transfers. You will also be travelling in the comfort of your own vehicle, knowing that you will be leaving it in a safe and secure place while you are away.
Safer parking status, Park Mark, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.
These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.
For customers, using a Park Mark Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.
The compound has High Perimeter Fencing with coded gates, CCTV and is Manned 24 Hours a day by Dog patrol. However, the cars are parked at owners own risk, subject to Terms and Conditions.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
We are an experienced and reliable meet and greet service, with courteous and polite staff. We provide safe and secure parking facilities at London Heathrow. We ensure all vehicles are driven safely to our compound, which is a short drive from the airport.
Please note: cars cannot be collected before 4am. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vechicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax.
Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described on your voucher.
All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear yellow Hivis jackets with our company name on the back and will carry a form of identification at all times.
Holiday Parkings neither takes vehicles nor looks after the vehicle in any case, instead the service provider (see above) parks the vehicle to their own secured car park compound.
Non-Flex booking is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours.
We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.
HolidayParkings does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and park to their own secured car park compound. Make sure you call and look for the driver of the service provider on your departure and return day. We will send you all the instruction (telephone number, etc.) to your email account once the booking is made.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use the phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.
This is a meet & greet service where you will be met at your departure terminal. Your car will be taken to the Edward Lloyd compound for the duration of your trip.
The driver will meet you at the designated point at the Airport and will check your vehicle before issuing with instructions for your return.
Only vehicles roadworthy will be accepted by Edward Lloyd. £20 charge for an early return.
Heathrow Terminal 2:
Follow signs for T2, as you approach the ramp, stay in the far right lane, follow the signs for Level 4.
Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B.
Heathrow Terminal 3:
Follow signs for Departures, enter the Short-Stay Car-Park and proceed to Level4, Row B.
This is where the driver will meet you.
Heathrow Terminal 4:
Follow signs for Departures, stay in left-lane as you drive up towards Departured, there is 3 drops off lanes.
Park in Lane A. Edward Lloyd Parking will meet you there.
Heathrow Terminal 5:
Follow SHORT-STAY PASSENGER PICK-UP. Follow far left lane for level 4, then drive round to ROW S.
We will collect your car from the car park.
