Fast, regular shuttle buses: Free shuttle buses run every 10 minutes and will take you right to Heathrow Terminal 5, with no fuss.


Drive to the Heathrow long stay car park, we'll scan your number plate at the barrier and confirm your booking. Take your ticket at the barrier and store it in a safe place. Find a parking space and catch a shuttle bus to the terminal.

Arriving back is just as easy. Catch the shuttle to the car park, find your car and insert your ticket at the barrier - that's it.

The shuttle bus runs every 10 mins, every day. Use the intercom to call for a bus between 11.30pm and 5.30am. Your transfer will take about 5 minutes.

Holiday Parkings neither takes vehicles nor looks after the vehicle in any case, instead the service provider (see above) parks the vehicle to their own secured car park compound. 

Non-Flex booking is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours. 

We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

On Arrival

HolidayParkings does not own the car park, instead the service provider will look after your vehicle in your absence. You will drive to the car park of the service provider (see below) and park to their secured car park compound. Make sure you have the telephone number of the service provider on your arrival and return day. ​We will send you all the instruction (Directions, telephone number,  etc.) to your email account once the booking is made.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use the phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

From the M25

Exit at Junction 14, following signs for Terminal 4. Take the first exit at the roundabout if you are coming anticlockwise, and the third exit if you are coming clockwise, onto A3113 Airport Way.

At first roundabout go straight onto Southern Perimeter Rd. Go straight at the next roundabout and through 3 sets of traffic lights.

At next roundabout take 3rd exit onto Beacon Rd, which is signed Central London, Staines & A30.

At next roundabout take 5th exit onto Santuary Rd signed Quarantine Station.

The entrance is the first left opposite Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.

Register at reception, leave your keys and take the shuttle to the Terminal.



On Return

On return, once you have cleared customs, call the number you were provided and make your way to Lane 2 of the arrivals forecourt and make your way to bus stop 24.

The shuttle bus will drop you outside reception.
