Drive to London City's Long Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barrier. Then, drive through and park your car in a space.
A uniformed Butterfly driver will meet you. All you need to do is unload your luggage and take the 2-minute walk to check-in and catch your flight.
On your return, please call Butterfly to let them know you’re back.
Collect your luggage, walk back to the terminal's Long Stay Car Park, where a Butterfly driver will meet you with your car. You’ll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park. You’ll need to pay £8.00 to leave.
Butterfly Meet & Greet is ideal for those travelling with heavy luggage, the elderly or people travelling with small children, on airport parking services are perfect when you do not feel like walking from your car to the check-in desk.
The car park does not allow transit vans, roof racks, minibuses, motor homes, caravans & trailers.
There are specially designated disabled bays located very close to the terminal.
It'll cost £8.00 for you to leave the car park.
You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 25 minutes late, you may be charged a £20 waiting fee.
The car park only accepts vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres and width of 2.5 metres.
The car park opens at 05:30 so you won't be able to drop off your car before this time.

No transfers are needed for Butterfly Meet and Greet, you simply pull up to London City's Long Stay Car Park where you will be met by your driver. From there you can walk straight to check-in.
You need to leave your keys
From the A406 near Barking, keep going south until you reach the large roundabout and take the second exit onto Royal Docks Road.
After a few minutes, you’ll come to an oval roundabout and here you should take the second exit onto the A1020 Royal Albert Way.
Keep going along the A1020 and take the second exit at the Royal Albert Roundabout.
Shortly after, you’ll come to the Connaught Roundabout and here you should take the first exit across Connaught Bridge.
You’ll then come to yet another roundabout where you need to take the first exit and at the roundabout after that, it's the second exit onto the A112.
Take the first left onto Hartmann Road and after a short while, you should see the Long Stay Car Park on your left where you will meet your driver.
Holiday Parkings neither takes vehicles nor looks after the vehicle in any case, instead the service provider (see above) parks the vehicle to their own secured car park compound.
Non-Flex booking is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours.
We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

Follow signs to London City Airport. Please call the driver of Butterfly 20 mins prior to your arrival.
Once there you'll come to 3 barriers, take the one on the extreme left, take a ticket to enter and park your car in an empty space.
A suited Butterfly driver will meet you and you'll need to give them your keys and the ticket from the barrier.
There is a 30 minute wait time allowed in the Long Stay Car Park.
On arrival, you'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible.
In extreme cases, if you're more than 20minutes late, you may be charged £20 driver waiting fee and face delays to your service.
On Return please call the driver of Butterfly and you will be advised where to meet the driver.
