Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple/ACE Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Disabled Info: No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.
Additional information: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit into a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit into a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Manor prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for this service.

Non-Flex booking is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours.
We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.
HolidayParkings does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and park to their own secured car park compound. Make sure you call and look for the driver of the service provider on your departure and return day. We will send you all the instruction (telephone number, etc.) to your email account once the booking is made.

At roundabout, take third exit onto Terminal Road South.
Follow signs to the Set Down Area Zone C where you will be met by your driver.
On return, call to let us know.
Make your way to the Express Set Down Pick Up area.
Your car will be returned to you in Zone C by the three flag poles.
