Stansted Easy Parking provides a personalised and friendly airport parking experience for business and holiday travellers. It’s located close to the airport and focuses on convenience and security — ensuring you feel calm and cared for at each end of your trip.

This family-owned business has been operating since 2003 and has satisfied swathes of travellers since.

Their service is straightforward and customer-centric. Friendly staff meet you at the airport and inspect your car while they book it in, before driving it to the secure space where it stays for the duration.

Call them when you return and they’ll bring it back to a meeting point — within a few minutes you’ll be on your way home.

Exit Fee

Entry fee is included but exit fee of up to £8 is to be paid by customers on their exit.

Book 48 hours before departure to be sure of a space, although they’ll also do their best to accommodate you at short notice. Stansted Easy parking offers simplicity and satisfaction — easy by name and by nature.

Disabled Info

No transfers are needed, Stansted Easy Meet & Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses.

Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

This service operates between 04:00 to 23:00. Only make a booking if your meeting times arrival and departure are within this period any delays will be dealt with by our team so do not worry!

If a booking is made knowingly out of these specified times a £100 levy will be charged on return.

In case of a delayed flight the car park staff will ONLY wait until 02:00 AM, otherwise the customer will have to wait until 04:00 AM.

Important:

When making a booking you are required to enter the vehicle DROP off time (on your Departure from Stansted) and the FLIGHT LANDING time for vehicle PICK up (on your Arrival at Stansted) as we operate according to the timing you provide us.

We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day. Holiday Parkings does not collect, store, drive or return customer's vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider takes the vehicle and they car park compound.  Holiday Parkings acts only as a booking agent for the service provider for the featured car parks. It does not itself provide the parking services. The customer will be contracting with the service provider. 

Any claims by the customer in respect of parking collection & delivery of the vehicle, damage to the vehicle must be made against the parking service provider and subject to their terms and conditions. If for any reason your booking confirmation has not been received you must contact us immediately as no refund is available for no-shows or if cancellation is received less than 48 hours before you are due to arrive at the car park.

Cancellation is not allowed (Flex Bookings Only) where the drop off time is less than 24hrs (Terms & Conditions Apply). 

Non-Flex booking  is non cancellable and non refundable. There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the time drop off time at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours. We highly recommend to all our customers NOT to leave any personal belongings/valuables inside the vehicle, if you do so at your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.


On Arrival

HolidayParkings does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and park to their own secured car park compound. Make sure you call and look for the driver of the service provider on your departure and return day. We will send you all the instruction (telephone number,  etc.) to your email account once the booking is made.

​​NOTE: It’s illegal to use the phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call. If for any reason you lost booking confirmation, then contact us immediately as no refund is available for no-shows or if cancellation is received less than 48 hours before you are due to arrive at the car park. 

This car park does not accept transit vans, roof racks, minibuses, motor homes, caravans & trailers.

Please phone the number on your confirmation email twenty minutes before your arrival at Stansted airport to confirm your drop off time, and to make sure our driver is there to meet you on time.

If you do not give us a twenty minute call, you may be delayed AND COULD COST YOU EXTRA MONEY. Also, if you are running early or late please keep us informed so we can help you depart smoothly.

Directions

From all major roads: please follow the signs to short term car park. Enter the short term road and stay in the right hand lane, go past the bus station on your left and the next car park will be ORANGE, enter this car park collect a ticket and follow the outer perimeter this will bring you to the taxi bays, drive past and pull up next to the orange posts on your left at the bottom of lane (G) just past the three pay machines, you will be booked in here, please have your exit ticket to hand as we need this to exit. This car park is a short walk and directly underneath the terminal its self with escalators and lifts to the first floor.

We only require the ignition key and relevant security fobs, no other keys please.  


On Return

After you have collected all of your entire luggage and you are completely through Customs only then, call the number provided on your confirmation email.

You will then be given directions to the front of the terminal building known as the express set down zone (C) by the two flag poles, this is directly outside the terminal building across the road.

Stand by the two flag poles next to Zone (C) sign and wave your vehicle down as it approaches.

YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF THE PHONE CALL TO EXIT OTHERWISE THE AIRPORT WILL CHARGE YOU £25!

At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have this ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as proof of ownership!
