This is indeed our most liked product - simply drive direct to the airport terminal where you will be met by a fully insured chauffeur who will help you with your luggage before taking your car to a secure storage facility for the duration of your trip. Your car will be waiting at the terminal on your return.
It means you will drive to the parking area (yard) and park your car by your own, you will leave the keys at the reception and service provider's bus will bring you to the airport. Buses run on demand.
The prices are shown for entire period of booking. All prices shown are in GBP and include all relevant taxes and card charges. Booking fee of £1.30 is mandatory (which will be included at later stage) and some service providers do charge Airport access fee (Please check more Info Page of particular service provider).

No - service providers do not take cash for booking at the Airport. All booking should be made in advance.

We suggest that you book as soon as you know your travel dates as this will ensure that a space is reserved for you at our cheapest available price. We have seasonal prices and changes apply every day.
Some service provides can accept a booking online 2 hour before the drop off time on departure day. But we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure a space is reserved for you as the last-minute parking accommodation fees is some time high.
Yes - our website will only display available Service Providers, so you can be assured when you book we have reserved your space.
All our emails are automatically generated and sent instantly, the reason your email may have not come through is that your mail server may have blocked the email. Please check your junk mail filters before contacting us and requesting us to resend the email to a different email address.

If you don't have your reference number please tells us the email address you used when you made the booking. (Please note: Customer Service is only available during office hours.)
There are no hidden charges for this service, you will see a summary of the payment on the right side of the booking form. We do not charge for any type of card. You can add cancellation cover at an additional cost of £2.00, which gives you the option to cancel the booking without any charge up to 24 hours of the drop-off date (excluding the booking fee and any extras). You can buy SMS confirmation for £0.50, which means you will receive a booking confirmation text on your mobile.
These charges are direct result of changes, by the Airport and is a cost we cannot cover for our customers.
Customers may or may not need to pay an access fee with an initial booking cost (while making the booking) or at the Airport (Check More Info page for particular service provider).
When you make a booking with Holiday Parkings, you will see an on screen booking confirmation details (print / download option is available). We will also send a booking confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number, pin number (can be used to log in in our system), details of your airport parking deal and directions to the airport to your account.
If you book a Meet & Greet parking deal, we’ll provide you with the Service Provider`s hotline number.
If you book a Park & Ride deal, we’ll provide you with the directions to the car park area.
20 minutes before reaching to the Airport you only need call the despatch team/chauffeur of the service provider. On your return simply call the despatch team/chauffeur once clearing the customs and luggage. The driver will deliver your car to the designated meeting point at the terminal.
Different Service Providers have secured compounds, 5 - 6 miles away from the airport. In the event of busy periods the service providers might move your car from one compound to their secure long term compound. Your car will be driven directly to / from car park compound to the Airport.
All the Service Providers are fully insured (Jockey Insurance) and chauffeurs have held a full clean UK driving licence.
Security of your car is the first priority for our service providers. The vehicle remains in the secure compound but at the busy period service provider might move the car from one compound to another secure long term compound.
Once the booking is cancelled (T&C applies), then within 6-8 working days you will see the fund in your account.

Please have your amendment and payment details ready. Charges may vary depending on the changes. A modification charge of £7.00 will be applied (in addition to any other charges), when a booking is modified. Non Flexible bookings cannot be modified or cancelled.
You can update/amend your vehicle details (Height restriction applies) free of charge before your parking commences, by login in to your account or by calling our customer service team at 01162 183 516 (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm) or by emailing at email@example.com. You will receive a modified confirmation by email.
Please note that our service providers car park has a vehicle height restriction of 1.8m and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans or vehicles with trailers (The car park does not accept long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans).
