PLEASE NOTE: In making your booking you have agreed to be bound by the Bookings Terms & Conditions of HolidayParkings.
All of the car park services offered by HolidayParkings are based off-site, unless otherwise stated.
HolidayParkings is a part of KFP Travel Solutions Ltd, Registered in England, 11627925. Trading address: First Floor, 11 Euston Street, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE2 7ST, UK.
1.1 HolidayParkings will endeavor to ensure that your confirmation voucher is emailed to the email address you provide on the booking form. If for any reason your confirmation voucher has not been received you must contact us immediately as no refund is available for no shows or if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before you are due to arrive at the car park. It is the customer`s responsibility to ensure you have directions to your car park or your full arrival instructions for meet and greet. Please ensure you have your booking confirmation voucher/ and or booking reference with when you travel. This will identify you as a HolidayParkings customer and enable the service provider to verify your booking. Where you have booked a car park that requires you to use credit card entry and exit procedures please ensure you have with you the credit card with which you booked.
1.2 HolidayParkings is an agent for the advertised/featured car parks. You will be contracting with the individual car park and will be subject to their Terms and Conditions which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company's liability. Full details of these are available from the individual car park.
1.3 The car parks will accept liability for proven acts of their negligence. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the site (Park & Ride) or terminal (Meet & Greet) so please check your vehicle carefully before leaving.
2.1 Directions and parking procedures: Please make sure you have the chauffeur's telephone number, and details of arrival procedure as stated on your booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to obtain this information before departing for the airport - any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from the customer's failure to obtain this information will not be recompensed by HolidayParkings or any of our affiliates.
2.2 Possessions and Keys: Please remove all possessions and leave only the keys/codes required to move your vehicle. In the interests of efficient operation you must be prepared to leave your car keys with car park staff if requested to do so unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Moving and Relocation of Vehicles: You must ensure that, before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company that it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. The car parking company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or outside the car parks by driving or otherwise to such extent as the car parking company, or its drivers may in their discretion think necessary for the efficient arrangement of its parking facilities at the car parks, or in emergencies or to avoid accidents or obstructions.
3.1 All prices are for pre-booking and include VAT at the current rate of 20% unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 All bookings are subject to a non-refundable Booking fee, Cancellation Cover fee and SMS confirmation fee.
3.3 Surcharges: Please check the product "MORE INFO" for any additional surcharges. These charges are charged by the service provider/car parking company independently and bare no relevance to HolidayParkings or our advertised prices.
3.4 High-sided or unusually wide vehicles: Not all car parks can accommodate them or there may be an extra charge. Please check MORE INFO on the product or contact our office for details before making a booking.
3.5 If there are any extra charges due, you must pay these in full before the service provider hands over the key or you leave the car park.
3.6 Should your entry and exit times/dates change from those booked this may result in your actual time parked exceeding the number of days you have pre-paid for. An additional charge will be levied before handing over the vehicle or upon exit.
4.1 ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH HOLIDAYPARKINGS IN ORDER TO BE VALID. (Not with the car park).
4.2 Please send an e-mail to email@example.com or Phone: 01162 183 516 (Office hours only - Monday - Friday 09.00 to 17.00) quoting your booking reference number. Please note that cancellation requests can only be actioned within office hours and are subject to our notice periods (see 4.4).
4.3 No refunds are available for unused part stays. All Bookings Fees, Cancellation Cover charges and MMS charges are non-refundable.
4.4 Refund Notice Periods:
4.4.1 Non-Flexible/Non-Flex Booking:
Such bookings cannot be amended or cancelled. However, if client requests to cancel a Non-Flex booking, he/she will be charged a full value of the parking and no refund will be issued. In such case, the client needs to claim the amount from the insurance (if they have one).
4.4.2 Flex Bookings:
No cancellation cover is bought:
a) Customers who wish to cancel their booking and give less than 48 hours notice will receive no refund. More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a 15.00 GBP admin charge (Flex Bookings Only). *Except on certain promotional offers which are non-refundable. Where applicable this will be stated in the car park description/information.
b) There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, where the time of booking and the drop off time of vehicle at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 48 hours or in certain products where stated.
c) Customers who cancel the booking with HolidayParkings and wish to re-instate the booking will not get any refund if cancelled thereafter.
d) Amendments of arrival date to any new future arrival date, where an amendment is requested on drop off /arrival day or within 48 hours prior to arrival date of the original booking. Such modified bookings cannot be amended and are non-refundable, if cancelled thereafter.
Cancellation cover is bought:
a) Should a client wish to cancel they must do so at least 24 hours prior to their departure date in order to be eligible for refund (All Bookings Fees (£1.30), MMS Charges (£0.50) and Cancellation Service Charges (£2.00) are non-refundable). No refund will be issued if the cancellation notice (Email / Call) is received in less than 24 hours from the drop off date.
b) Cancellation Cover does not apply for bookings, where the time of booking and the drop off time of vehicle at the airport (meet and greet) or car park (park and ride) falls on the same day or within 24 hours or in certain products where stated. Such bookings are non-refundable and can not be cancelled.
c) Amendments of arrival date to any new future arrival date, where an amendment is requested on drop off /arrival day or within 24 hours prior to arrival date of the original booking. Such modified bookings cannot be amended and are non-refundable, if cancelled thereafter.
4.5 MMS Confirmation Clients who take advantage of this service and receive their confirmation by mobile, in addition to their printed voucher, MUST ensure that their mobile is compatible with this service. The service itself is non-refundable.
5.1 Any booking date and/or product amendments made to a Flexible rate booking will be subject to an amendment charge of 7.00 GBP.
5.2 If you wish to change the date(s) and/or time(s) of travel, you may be able to change this provided the car park has availability and a payment is made for the charges for the amended booking dates/times (if any).
5.3 You can change the booking details by logging into My Account area, i.e. https://www.holidayparkings.co.uk/login
5.4 You can also send us a request to amend your booking date/time through "Contact Us" form or contact our office within office hours.
5.5 Non-Flexible/Non-Flex rate bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.
We strongly request all customers to ensure they arrive at the car park/terminal with plenty of time to achieve their flight check-in.
7.1 All complaints regarding the provision of service must be received by email within 24 hours of return to the UK, any complaint received after this time will not be considered. If you encounter a problem at your chosen car park, please inform the service provider immediately to give them the opportunity to rectify the problem. If you do not advise the provider at the time it may be difficult to pursue a complaint at a later stage.
7.2 Please put any outstanding issues in writing, including as much detail as possible. You should expect to receive a reply within 10 working days upon receipt of your complaint. You will be informed of any delay and the reason for it, should one arise.
7.3. ALL Parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park and the customer expressly accepts that all claims regarding damage or loss caused by the operator must be claimed from the operators insurance and reported to the operator at the time of collection. HOLIDAYPARKINGS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY ONCE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO OR RETURNED BY THE OPERATOR OR WHILST IN THE CARE OF THE OPERATOR/SERVICE PROVIDER.
7.4 The company offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own policies of insurance must be utilised in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parking in the car parking area and was not directly the fault of the operator, any damage found on the vehicle on the time of return will not be considered unless it is brought to the attention of the operator BEFORE leaving the airport. No liability whatsoever will be accepted if this is not adhered to.
7.5 Your vehicle must be roadworthy and hold a current road fund license, if your vehicle is not roadworthy or does not display the road fund license or you cannot show proof of a new application at the time of your collection you will be refused the service and NO refund will be eligible.
7.6 The car parks/Service providers accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle, including windscreens, alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres and wheels howsoever caused.
7.7 The car parks/service providers accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle.
8.1 The total liability for HolidayParkings to the client for all claims arising from the use of this website and materials is limited to the cost of the client's booking including both parking and booking fees paid to holidayparkings.co.uk as per the contract.
8.2 HolidayParkings acts only as a booking agent for the service provider for the featured car parks at the airport. HolidayParkings does not own any car park and does not collect, store, drive or return customer's vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider looks after the vehicle while parked in their car park. HolidayParkings does not hold any responsibility, once the vehicle is handed over to the service provider (see 7.3). Any claims by the customer in respect of parking, collection & delivery of the vehicle, damage to the vehicle must be made against the parking service provider and subject to service provider's terms and conditions.
8.3 Accuracy of Website content, Pricing errors, and changes to law
a - We "HolidayParkings" have the right to correct any price error and omissions on the Website or elsewhere, and take appropriate action as soon as feasible after being notified of them. Neither we (HolidayParkings) nor our supplier are under any obligation to honour bookings for Product(s) where there is a pricing error, even if the customer has received a confirmation email. In these circumstances, HolidayParkings reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website and to either offer the customer an opportunity to keep the booking at the correct price or cancel the booking without any liability.
b - Suppliers provide the images and description of the Product, which are for illustrative purposes only, and to give a general “feel” for the Product, and are not intended to be exact representations of the Product that you have booked.
c - Save as otherwise stated in these Booking Terms and Conditions, in the event of any new laws or regulations resulting in any new, or increases to existing, taxes, charges or other fees, we reserve the right to pass on such amounts to you, whether or not your booking has been confirmed.
Regulation 28 (h) of the distance selling regulations 2013 state that contracts for the provision of transport and leisure services while the supplier provides services on a specific date or within a specific period are exempt to the traditional 'cooling off' period placed on select online goods and services. Cancellations are subject to the contractual terms agreed upon within these Terms & Conditions.
HolidayParkings may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions and your continued use of this website, including telephone bookings will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of use.
